MISSION

The mission of our department is to conduct high-quality scientific research and development activities in the field of Educational Administration within the framework of national and universal values. We aim to provide educational, research, and community services that contribute to enhancing the quality of life in society on educational matters. In this context, our objectives include cultivating entrepreneurial, innovative, and self-improving graduates in the field of Educational Administration, conducting research and development activities to contribute to the improvement of the Turkish Education System, shaping policies in this area, and training academic staff for relevant university departments.

VISION

The vision of our department is to conduct research and development activities at global standards that respond to the evolving and changing needs of the Turkish Education System. We aim to guide changes in the education system in line with national interests, provide solutions to potential problems, and train dynamic, knowledge-producing, sharing, and applying leaders, graduates, and researchers who can adapt to and lead change.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The language of instruction for the program is Turkish. Under the Manisa Celal Bayar University Graduate School Institute, we offer a Thesis Master’s Program in Educational Administration and Supervision, as well as a Non-Thesis Master’s Program in Educational Administration and Supervision (Evening Education).
